1. How long do I have to return my order?
You can return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Is there a fee for returns?
No, returns are completely free if the product is defective or you are not satisfied with it.
3. When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Can all products be returned?
No, used or damaged products, and electronic items with opened seals cannot be returned.
5. Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $500. A small fee is charged for orders below this amount.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent to you via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order's status.
